Each month I take the official housing numbers for the Niagara Association of REALTORS® board area, published by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and explain what they mean if you’re buying or selling here. Every report covers one month, compares it with the same month a year earlier, and links to the CREA page the figures come from. The newest report is at the top.
These are board-wide figures for the whole region. For what the market looks like in one town, start on the areas I serve, and if you want a number on your own home, ask for one on the home value page.
